Is it time to make friends with your ADHD brain?

You can build a business you love around the life you want

How many of these sound like you?

  • “My brain is like a popcorn machine full of new ideas, but which should I focus on first?”

  • “I’ve had business coaching before and found it helpful, but felt like something was missing - was I doing something wrong?”

  • “I want my business to fit around my life - how can I find the right balance between the two?”

Familiar? If so, I’m pleased you’re here. Real talk: traditional business advice could be stifling your ADHD strengths, but with strategies to work WITH your beautiful ADHD brain (rather than against it) the sky really is the limit.

Whether you have an official ADHD diagnosis or not, partnering with me as your ADHD business coach can help you deeply understand your brain, embrace your ADHD strengths and build a thriving business that supports your dream life.

Business coaching for ADHDers?

Yes please!

Siobhan Fox here, parent, ADHDer and business owner! As your business & ADHD coach, I can help you uncover and embrace your unique ADHD strengths, so you can build the business and life you secretly dream of. I believe we’ve got ADHD all wrong: it’s not a ‘disorder’ requiring ‘treatment’, it’s a difference requiring understanding. And hey, I get how hard it can be, too! I live daily challenges you’re trying to navigate:

  • Feeling overwhelmed by ALL THE THINGS, leading to procrastination and paralysis

  • Trying to do it all, but knowing longer hours risk ADHD burnout

  • RSD (rejection sensitive dysphoria) and imposter syndrome being downright meanies

  • Struggling to balance the demands of life, business and just being a goddamn human

The difference between me and you? I have the strategies I need in place that work for me. But, there’s no one-size-fits-all here! I can help you create the conditions you need to live your best life. What could you achieve, with a deep understanding of your ADHD brain and a business strategy built around it? Your journey starts with one conversation and you don’t even need a diagnosis. Curious to learn more? Click the button below to book your curiosity call now.

Discovering I’m neurodivergent

My biggest self-development journeys:

  1. 1) starting my own business

  2. 2) raising a kid

  3. 3) discovering the Highly Sensitive Personality type and then the real truth about ADHD

Over the years I developed so many unhealthy coping strategies to mask my sensitivity and ADHD traits. Sadly, the signs of ADHD in girls and women in particular have historically been woefully underdiagnosed. Now, I live unmasked, unrestricted, and free to embrace my neurodivergent brain in all its glory.

Like you, I’ve invested lots of time and money in traditional business coaching. Some of it was really helpful, some really wasn’t, leaving me feeling like a failure. Then I realised: the advice was the problem, not me!

To bring my existing unconventional business mentoring and marketing strategy together with my ADHD perspective, I trained to be an ADHD coach with Leanne Maskell and ADHD Works in 2023. The result is what brings you here today: a highly personlised blend of business coaching, consulting, marketing strategy and ADHD coaching all rolled into one.

Could I be the business coach you’re looking for?

Based in Winchester, Hampshire, I work with ADHDers across the globe, with or without a diagnosis. Everyone works differently so I offer a flexible menu of options, starting from just £300/month. Find out more about me, or my ADHD business coaching services, by clicking below.

I'd tried a few 'standard' approaches which I had struggled with, and Siobhan's more unconventional approach appealed - and it gave me just what I needed: greater clarity, a framework for my content that made sense, and a much simpler 'big picture' for my marketing.

Want to turn ADHD on its HEAD?

When I realised ADHD was the missing piece of my puzzle, it took me a hot minute to put my finger on why ‘Attention Deficiency Hyperactive Disorder’ doesn’t quite fit. Ultimately, it is a medical term, right? It tells us sweet FA about our strengths and abilities.

If I had to rename ADHD, I would call it HEAD: Hyper-Aware Energy-Filled Attention-Overabundant Dopamine-Seekers! In this guide I help you discover and embrace your ADHD strengths, so you can learn to work WITH your brain rather than against it. Enter your deets to nab yours now.
