ADHD life and business coaching from someone who actually gets it
Well, hello there! I’m Siobhan, an ADHD life+business coach. I help badass neurodivergent entrepreneurs like you to build amazing businesses around their incredible brains, so they can stop burning out and finally feel calm, confident and in control. My favourite thing in the world is when my clients see themselves differently, take action, and change their lives for the better. The moment they say, “I’d never thought of it that way!” is what gets me out of bed every morning (that, and my bouncy 8-year-old!)
For as long as I can remember, I’ve felt like the weirdo, the outsider – like something was wrong with me and the way I think. Plot twist! It turns out there’s nothing wrong with me at all. I’m an autistic ADHDer, which means I’m different, not less.
I’ve always been the person that friends and colleagues have come to when things felt too much - “the ear” - so I’m now pretty much unshockable. There’s very little anyone can say that I haven’t heard before! I can hold big, heavy feelings with warmth, a dash of humour, and zero judgement. For years, I thought hyper‐independence was my superpower, but I’ve learned that asking for help is actually a huge strength. That’s what I offer my clients now: a genuinely safe space to brain dump, be real, and let someone else hold some of the cognitive load while they figure out what’s next.
Becoming an ADHD business owner (and podcast host)
In 2019, I crashed out of my last corporate role after a long career in marketing and creative leadership. With an 18‐month‐old on my hip and still in recovery from burnout, a question started nagging at me: ‘how can I work three days a week and spend two with my kid?’ I then got slapped in the face by two huge, highly unexpected self-development journeys: reparenting myself as I parented my child, and starting my own business. Yeah, it was a real journey!
I started with what I knew – marketing. My agency, Reveal Marketing, is still alive and well today. In 2022 I launched my own podcast: the Unconventional Business Podcast, to help small business owners break free from the ‘norms’ and do things differently. Spoiler alert: ‘unconventional’ turned out to be code for ‘neurodivergent’!
Having ADHD coaching was my big ‘Aha!’ moment. In 2023, I trained as an ADHD coach myself., driven by a desire to help ADHDers to see themselves as I see them: capable, creative, and bursting with potential. I found traditional coaching, rooted in neurotypical expectations, helpful‐ish, but it often left me feeling overwhelmed and like I was somehow ‘doing it wrong’. That’s why my approach is firmly ADHD‐informed. No neurotypical expectations here, please!
You CAN build a business you love around the life you want.
The past few years have been wild – highs, lows, and everything in between!
Today I work around 24 hours a week, which lets me be a calm, present parent at the school gates every day and take 10+ weeks off a year (so school holidays don’t break me!) Along the way, I discovered I was an ADHDer and then, later, #actuallyautistic. I’ve now coached over 60 ADHDers, one‐to‐one and in groups, to understand and accept themselves more deeply and to make huge shifts both personally and professionally. I’m so proud of everything they have achieved! In 2026, I was nominated for ADHD Coach of the Year, which felt amazing, humbling and surprising in equal measure. I also celebrated 4 years of running my podcast - who says ADHDers can’t be consistent!
I’m passionate about creating a safe, non-judgmental space for neurodivergent entrepreneurs and freelancers who often feel isolated, misunderstood, and on the brink of burnout. Together, we unlearn a lot of internalised ableism, giving you permission to build differently and create the strategies and systems you need to feel supported in every area of your life and business – as a human, as a parent/carer, as an employee, and as the CEO. Because you bloody deserve to be happy, OK!?
