ADHD business coaching from someone who gets it

Hello! I’m Siobhan Fox. If you’re looking for a coach who lives the daily challenges you’re trying to navigate, then you’re in the right place. Whether you’ve been pointed in my direction or found me via a good old Google search, you’re probably exploring my website and asking the question “What makes Siobhan the coach for me?” Well, let me give you a little insight.

When I discovered that I had an ADHD brain, later on in life, I was then able to recognise the unhealthy coping strategies I had used to mask my ADHD traits. Perhaps you’ve done that too? Starting my own business and becoming a mum were two of my biggest self-discovery journeys. I wanted to build a business that worked around my family, delivered results for my clients and didn’t leave me burned out. It took time, patience and a deep dive into who I am to get there. It's so important to me that incredibly, talented people (yes you!) don’t struggle like I did.

Where are you on your ADHD journey?

If you’re anything like me, I imagine you’ve been on a bit of a self-discovery journey. What have you learned so far? Two of the best discoveries I had were the Highly Sensitive Personality type and what ADHD really is (and isn’t!). If you’ve given me a follow on LinkedIn, you’ll know I would rename ADHD as HEAD: Hyper-Aware, Energy-Filled, Attention-Overabundant, Dopamine-Seekers. We need to big up those qualities that make ADHDers who they are, not suppress them.

Yes, I’m passionate about helping people like you to reframe and embrace their ADHD strengths and thrive, and here’s why.

After a grueling 20 years in marketing, across big corporates & super-cool agencies, I started my first business, Reveal Marketing. I invested time and money in traditional business coaching to help me build the business I wanted: one that worked for me, my family, and my clients. Some coaching was really helpful, but the rest left me feeling like a failure. Like I was the problem. Sound familiar?

What I came to realise was the advice was the problem, not me! And that was a real ‘mic drop’ moment. The traditional business coaching methods were built to suit the neurotypical brain – not the way my restlessly creative ADHD brain and highly sensitive nature work!

You can build a business you love around the life you want.

As I understood my ADHD more, I realised just how awesome my ADHD strengths are. I could finally see the big picture. I can help you achieve the same. In my early 40s, I rolled up my sleeves, went back to learning and completed an L2 Certificate in Counselling Skills and an L1 ADHD Coaching Course with ADHD Works. This gave me what I needed to bring my existing unconventional business mentoring and marketing strategy together with my ADHD perspective, so I could create business coaching that actually works for ADHDers. And that leads up to where we are today - Big Picture Business Coaching - a wonderful bespoke blend of coaching, consulting, mentoring creative marketing strategy that’s just perfect for ADHD Business Owners.

Through a Curiosity Call, a sneaky lurk on my socials or a listen to my Unconventional Business podcast, you’ll come to realise that I’m a bit quirky, a bit sweary and I do ‘odd’ things like you do (so they don’t need any explanation)! When I’m not coaching, you’ll find me with my beautiful family, my cats, taking a cold-water swim, reading a book, writing stories, laughing about being socially awkward, and drinking coffee.

When I realised ADHD was the missing piece of my puzzle, it took me a hot minute to put my finger on why ‘Attention Deficiency Hyperactive Disorder’ doesn’t quite fit. Ultimately, it is a medical term, right? It tells us sweet FA about our strengths and abilities.

If I had to rename ADHD, I would call it HEAD: Hyper-Aware Energy-Filled Attention-Overabundant Dopamine-Seekers! In this guide I help you discover and embrace your ADHD strengths, so you can learn to work WITH your brain rather than against it. Enter your deets to nab yours now.
