This is a group coaching course with self-paced coaching alongside, and it’s packed with real-life examples to help you figure out the ick-free marketing & sales strategy that works for you, your business and your wonderful ADHD brain.

ADHD business owners looking to speak more clearly, confidently and consistently about their amazing offer in their marketing, to attract amazing clients. If you’re experiencing imposter syndrome, uncertainty around marketing and sales, or you’re just worried your ADHD brain is just going to run out of steam, this course is for you. You will develop the clarity, confidence, and consistent habits you need to successfully market your offer, ditch the "shoulds," and actually enjoy the process!

Together, we will work through your existing beliefs, necessary reframes, strengths and next best actions on the following themes: planning, networking, marketing and sales, niching, content marketing and launching. For each module, you will identify your ideal, flip your internal scripts, figure out how to play to your strengths and then how you’re going to make your moves.

The overall course runs from w/c 6th October - 28th November with a week’s break for half term (27th - 31st Oct). We will have a weekly group coaching session. Before each group session you have access to a self-paced module to get you thinking. These will take you between 20-30 minutes to complete. The videos have deliberately been kept to 20 minutes or less, although you are welcome to pause them and return if need be. You have an accompanying workbook for each module that you can use to collect your thoughts and ideas as you go through. In total, allow about 2-3 hours to complete the self-paced portion of the course, and 7 × 50-minute weekly slots for the group coaching sessions, but please be realistic about how much time you commit to setting aside!

We start w/c 6th October - group sessions will run during the day between 10am & 2pm GMT, on Tuesdays or Thursdays. A poll will be sent to attendees beforehand to assess the best time for our sessions. All sessions will be recorded and transcribed by otter.ai so that they can be shared with the group afterwards.

There are 6 main learning modules, with a course introduction and a reflective wrap-up module at the end. Each module has a video presentation with my face chatting to you over some funky slides. I introduce you to a key principle, provide self-coaching prompts, lots of real-life examples and encourage you to think about your options and what would work for you. Alongside the video, you have a PDF workbook for each module to help you collect your thoughts and ideas, but if you’d rather use a notebook, or a tool of your own, have at it! I’ve included a link to view the slides for each module as well, in case you’d like to revisit them. You will then bring all your thoughts, questions and ideas to the weekly group session for discussion and final decision-making.

This is a group programme starting on w/c 6th October 2025, including self-paced online content and weekly group coaching sessions. If you would like additional one-to-one support/accountability from me, you can upgrade to a course package that includes this.

You need a brain, a viable business with a reaonably solid offer and a basic knowledge of marketing concepts, e.g. what a niche is, what content marketing is, how social media works at a basic level etc. if you’re not sure if this is set at the right level for you, book a call with me.
