The Anti-Goal Workshop
Let’s make 2026 your year!
ADHD business owner? Want to get clear on your intentions and direction for 2026? Sick of setting S.M.A.R.T. goals that end up forgotten by February?
Hey, I got you. If you think differently, you need to set goals differently!
Enter: the anti-goal! If you want to achieve more next year, you need to do less. Facts! Playing to your wonderful ADHD strengths and cutting through the mental clutter will free you up to make 2026 the year you actually do that thing. Forget big giant goals that don’t take the realities of life into account, rigid step-by-step plans and setting goals that end up feeling boring - or worse, completely forgotten.
This 60-minute workshop is your chance to pay it forward to future you, get super-clear on what you want 2026 to look like and crucially, what you need to let go of to make it happen.
The workshop is on 12th December 2025 at 12pm GMT, tickets are £15, and a replay will be available. Hit the button to enter your details and register now. January you will be so grateful you did!
Did you fail your 2025 goals, or did they fail you?
Different brains need different goals
“Next year I’ll finally write that book.”
“Next year I’ll definitely ditch those clients.”
“Next year I’ll start taking Fridays off."
Listen, we all do it at this time of year, don’t we? There’s this tendency to see January 1st as some sort of magical fresh start, a blank canvas where we can suddenly rewrite our stories and finally do that thing. While that’s absolutely possible with an ADHD brain, it’s not often what happens. We tend to set lofty goals, buy that new planner, start off in January with renewed motivation, and then somewhere along the way… Oh, I don’t know. Life happens, a shiny object appears, or it just peters out, right?
Whatever stops us from achieving that goal doesn’t really matter. What matters is that we feel CRAP about it. There goes yet another big goal down the shitter. FFS. Try again next year. Not how you want to be feeling.
But what if you’re not failing to achieve your goals? What if the goals you are setting are failing you?!
What if there’s a different way to set goals for your year that allows for life happening, for shiny objects, AND keeps you motivated to keep going?
Well, there is, and that’s what this workshop is all about!
Goal-setting can be fun (honest!)
Honestly, I had my fill of ‘quarterly objectives’, ‘6-month project plans’, and ‘SMART goals’ in my corporate life. No shade if that’s your bag, obvs, but for many ADHDers that does not fuel our brains! We need flexibility, excitement, and novelty! Buuuuut we also need SOME structure.
While your 2026 goals might only exist as a vague, nebulous thought in your head, if you don’t take the time to get clear on your direction, it can be easy to end up drifting.
So how do you get the balance right? The answer for us ADHDers is: just enough structure, not too much!
Register for this workshop, and we’ll create a flexible, more intuitive approach to your 2026 to ensure you end up exactly where you want to. Together, we will:
