A Burnout Mapping Workshop for Neurodivergent Humans Managing Multiple Roles

I’m going to be real with you! “I’ve just got to push through this week” is not a long-term strategy. We all know where it leads: burnout. It may seem like your only option, but I promise you there is another way!

This 60-minute workshop is designed to give you a moment to breathe, so you can finally see the wood for the trees. Together, we will map where your burnout load really comes from across the four roles you hold every day: CEO You, Employee You, Carer/Parent You, and Actual Human You.

You will walk away feeling calmer, lighter - and with two tiny, high‑impact shifts to give you immediate, practical relief. You don’t need to burn out - or burn everything down! You just need space to breathe, think clearly and reset.

  • Create your micro‑plan: Your first tiny action and how you’ll know it worked

  • Month 3 (September): Redesign and get ready (focusing on: business structure/money, roles, identity, redefining success)

  • What you get: 3 x 50‑min 1:1 calls (one per month), scheduled WhatsApp check‑ins, bite‑size video coaching, optional worksheets and tiny experiments
